• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: varies by account level
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 5–30 minutes, up to a maximum of 24 hours
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number linked to your account
• Deposits must be made from your own account only — third-party payments are not accepted

Okplay complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. If any unusual transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for verification.

Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus or promotion on OKPlay:

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement stated separately.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the welcome bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• The same person may not claim bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be cancelled automatically.

• Exploiting vulnerabilities or loopholes in the game system
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts
• Engaging in money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using the platform to commit fraud or spread false information
• Deliberately attempting to crash the game or server

OKPlay shall not be held liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• If a loss occurs due to an issue with the member's own device or network
• If a member loses account access by sharing their own password
• If service is disrupted due to an unexpected technical error
• If a delay occurs due to an issue with a third-party payment gateway

OKPlay strives to deliver the highest level of service at all times. However, in the event of a technical failure, OKPlay is only liable for compensation directly resulting from its own negligence.

Okplay may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms & Conditions is proven
• In cases where an account is created using a false identity or fraudulent information
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• If a member requests self-exclusion
• Due to legal reasons or at the direction of a regulatory authority

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Once self-exclusion is applied, the account cannot be reactivated before the designated period has ended.

OKPlay takes the protection of your personal information extremely seriously. We ensure that:

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties will not be sold.
